Overview
KiSpring offers an entire suite of products to manage and deploy your digital signage and kiosk solutions.
KiDisplay supports multiple content streams. Video, weather and news can all be displayed independently and arranged in any fashion. Using KiControl, you can update content on the fly, according to a set schedule or even based GPS location.
Display technology
Our digital signage uses advanced display technology capable of displaying content at even the highest resolutions available for LCD and Plasma displays, for the most clear and crisp images you can imagine. KiDisplay is not just any digital signage application. Our robust support for interactive content includes web-based applications (such as Flash, Shockwave and Java), making KiDisplay the perfect solution to accommodate the purchase of goods and services through kiosk payment gateways, to provide Internet access and to deliver information portals for use in businesses, libraries and government buildings. The possibilities are endless!
Please contact KiSpring for more details about KiDisplay technology.
Data transfer
Our digital signage and kiosk technology employs advanced methods of data transfer to facilitate the distribution of media to our display software. Our technology is backed by leading-edge data centre infrastructure, which handles all aspects of media distribution and system management.
What this means for you is a tenfold reduction in the time from transfer to active screen content.
Real world example
With an upload speed of 512Kb/s (16 seconds per megabyte), a single 10 megabyte file will take 160 seconds to transfer to a single machine and almost two days to transfer to 1,000 machines. These are the limitations when using the traditional methods of data transfer other digital signage companies employ.
Using KiSpring's method of data transfer, 1,000 machines would receive that same 10 megabyte file in just 26 minutes!
Nearly instant
content display
This has important implications for any large distributed network. For an advertising network of digital signage, in particular, this means almost instant display of content, allowing for more diverse and time-relevant campaigns.
